Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 3 September 2018 regarding completion of the acquisition of shares in Wizor AS and Conneqted 365 AB. The share capital increase related to the acquisitions has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 159,057,020 divided into 159,057,020 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
