Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Techstep

ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 21 February 2017 regarding

completion of the acquisition of Mytos AS.

The share capital increase related to the acquisition has now been

duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's

share capital is NOK 126,422,946 divided into 126,422,946 shares,

each share having a par value of NOK 1.00. The new shares are placed

on separate ISIN pending publication of the listing prospectus.
