Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by

Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 3 April 2017

regarding completion of the acquisition of shares in InfraAdvice

Sweden AB and Apro Tele og Data AS.

The share capital increase related to the acquisitions has now been

duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase,

the Company's share capital is NOK 141,277,820 divided into

141,277,820 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 1.00. The

new shares will be placed on separate ISIN pending publication of

the listing prospectus.
