Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by

Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 31 August 2017

regarding completion of the acquisition of shares in BKE Telecom AB

and Conneqted 365 AB.

The share capital increase related to the acquisitions has now been

duly registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's

share capital is NOK 146,251,789 divided into 146, 251,789 shares,

each with a par value of NOK 1.
