Share capital increase in Birdstep Technology ASA registered

Reference is made to the resolution by the Extraordinary General Meeting in Birdstep

Technology ASA ("Birdstep" or the "Company") on 29 January 2016 regarding a share

issue of a total of 3 new shares.

The share capital increase has now been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's

registered share capital is NOK 10,162,163.
