Share capital increase in Birdstep Technology ASA registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 9 March 2016 regarding a private

placement in Birdstep Technology ASA ("Birdstep" or the "Company").

The share capital increase has now been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share capital increase, the Company's

registered share capital is NOK 13,562,163,divided into 13,562,163 shares, each share

with a par value of NOK 1.00.
