Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by

Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 5 July and 26

July 2016 regarding the Subsequent Offering.

The share capital increase related to the Subsequent

Offering has now been duly registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of

the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is

NOK 14,240,271 divided into 14,240,271 shares, each share

having a par value of NOK 1.00.
