Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by

Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 16 September

2016 regarding completion of the Zono Transaction.

The share capital increase related to the Zono Transaction

has now been duly registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following registration of the share

capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK

72,422,089 divided into 72,422,089 shares, each share having

a par value of NOK 1.00.
