Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by

Techstep ASA ("Techstep" or the "Company") on 7 November 2016

regarding completion of the Teki Gruppen Transaction.

The share capital increase related to the Teki Gruppen

Transaction has now been duly registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration of the

share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK

102,475,577 divided into 102,475,577 shares, each share having a

par value of NOK 1.00.
