Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 13

May 2014 regarding the completion of a private

placement of 1,500,000 new shares in Birdstep

Technology ASA (the "Company").

The share capital increase associated with such

private placement has been registered with the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The registered share capital of the Company is

10,162,162.70 divided into 101,621,627 shares, each

with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
