Techstep ASA: Invitation to presentation of Q4 2020 results

Techstep ASA will release its fourth quarter 2020 results

on Friday 12 February 2021 at 07:00 CET. The quarterly report and presentation

will be made available on the company's website www.techstepasa.no and

through www.newsweb.no.

The presentation of Q4 results will be given in English by CEO Jens Haviken and

CFO Marius Drefvelin, and will be published as an audiocast with slides.

The Q&A session will subsequently take place as a virtual event facilitated

by Arctic Securities on 12 February 2021 at 10:00 CET. Please join online via
