Techstep - Approval and Publication of Prospectus

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices published by

Techstep ASA (the "Company") on 8 March 2016 regarding the

private placement of 3,400,00 shares to Middelborg Invest

AS, and 16 September 2016 regarding 58,181,818 shares issued

to Zono Holding AS in the acquisition of Zono AS.

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw.

Finanstilsynet) approved the following prospectus on 11

October 2016: "Prospectus in connection with listing on Oslo

Børs of 3,400,000 shares issued in a private placement, as

resolved on 8 March 2016, and 58,181,818 shares issued in

connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in

Zono AS from Zono Holding AS" (the "Prospectus").

The Prospectus will be available in electronic format at
