Minutes of Annual General Meeting held today

(Oslo, 20 May 2010) The Annual General Meeting of

Birdstep Technology ASA was held today.

All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors

were unanimously approved.

The AGM elected the following members of the Board:

Tom Nyman (Elected as Chairman), Kirsten English, Eva

Lindquist and Andre Demarest (New member, see separate
