Birdstep signs group wide frame agreement with leading European operator
(Oslo, May 14, 2010) Birdstep Technology ASA has signed a group wide
frame agreement for EasyConnect with a leading European operator.
Birdstep Technology, a leading provider of wireless connectivity and
security software, has signed a 3 year frame agreement for EasyConnect
with a major European operator. For the initial launch country only,
Birdstep estimates the revenue for the first 2 years to amount to 8
million NOK.
EasyConnect is an advanced connection and service management solution,
providing subscribers with mobile broadband connectivity and operators
with powerful capabilities for remote support and direct communication
with subscribers. EasyConnect also offers detailed statistics and
information about the subscriber base.
Effective as of today, Birdstep has amended its IR policy regarding
contract awards in EasyConnect and will, to the extent possible, provide
an estimate on contract value. Please see full text at
