170 594 EasyConnect activations in April
(Oslo, May 10, 2010) Birdstep Technology ASA reported 170 594 EasyConnect activations in April 2010.
170 594 new customers activated their EasyConnect software in April 2010 compared to 145 519 in April 2009. The April activation figure represents a 17% year on year increase compared to April 2009 and a 6% sequential decline compared to March 2010.
The activations apply to EasyConnect Go and EasyConnect Advanced products, Birdstep Technology's solutions for mobile broadband connectivity through USB modems. Birdstep Technology's embedded solution for laptop manufacturers, EasyConnect Inside, is not included in the figures.
