Techstep ASA – Major Shareholder Disclosure

On 31 March 2025, Valset Invest AS purchased 8,093 shares in Techstep ASA (the "Company"). Following this transaction, Valset Invest AS holds a total of 3,448,524 shares in the Company, representing 10.02% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company. As a result of this transaction, Valset Invest AS has crossed above the 10% reportable threshold of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company.

This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the same Act.
