Techstep ASA - Major shareholder disclosure

Reference is made to stock exchange notices 9 October 2024 published by Techstep

ASA (the "Company") regarding the Company's private placement of NOK 30 million

(the "Private Placement").

Valset Invest AS has today, 10 October 2024, been allocated 740,740 new shares

in the Private Placement. After the Private Placement, Valset Invest AS will

hold 2,187,565 shares in the Company, representing 6.36% of the outstanding

shares and voting rights in the Company following the registration in the

Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Valset Invest AS has consequently

crossed above the 5% reportable threshold of the outstanding shares and voting

rights in the Company.
