Middelborg Invest AS has 12.07.2023 sold 635 138 shares and forward contracts with rights to 1 420 000 shares in Techstep ASA, and thereby crossing the 5% flagging threshold both in terms of forward contracts held and combined shares and forward contracts held. After the transaction Middelborg Invest AS will hold 271 284 shares and forward contracts with rights to 332 050 shares representing ownership of 0,9 % in shares, 1,1% in forward contracts and 2% combined.
