Techstep ASA: Primary insider notification

Reference is made to the notification by Techstep ASA on 6 May 2022 regarding

the acquisition of Crypho AS, where Karbon Invest AS sold its 33.50%

shareholding in Crypho AS.

Due to agreements made between selling Shareholders in Crypho AS, Karbon Invest

AS has on 23 August 2022 received 51,916 shares in Techstep ASA from Riteto AS.

Karbon Invest AS is controlled by chairman of Techstep ASA, Jens Rugseth,

through the companies Rugz AS and Rugz II AS. After this transaction, Karbon

Invest AS holds 21,979,844 shares in Techstep ASA, corresponding to

approximately 10.37% of the total shares outstanding.
