Techstep ASA - Disclosure of large shareholdings

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's stock exchange announcement on 24 October

2022 regarding the notifiable transaction in connection with the Tranche 2 of

the Private Placement.

Datum AS ("Datum") has on 24 October 2022 entered into a share lending agreement

in connection with the Private Placement where Datum has agreed to lend a total

of 17,710,190 existing and tradable shares in Techstep ASA to Arctic Securities

AS and Sparebank 1 Markets AS (the "Managers") to facilitate partial DVP

settlement of the Tranche 2 shares in the Private Placement. This lending

results in Datum holding a total of 40,644,586 shares in Techstep ASA,

corresponding to 14.5% of the issued share capital of NOK 281,130,810

(reflecting the issued, but not registered Tranche 2 shares), thereby crossing

the 15% threshold.
