Reference is made to Techstep ASA's ("Techstep" or "the Company") stock exchange

announcements on 24 October 2022 regarding Tranche 2 of the private placement of

new shares and the share lending agreement between the Company, Arctic

Securities AS and SpareBank 1 Markets AS ("the Managers") and Datum AS.

The Managers have now returned all 17,710,190 borrowed shares to Datum AS. Datum

AS is owned by deputy board member Jan Haudemann-Andersen.
