Techstep ASA - Disclosure of large shareholdings

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's stock exchange announcement earlier today

regarding the redelivery of borrowed shares to Datum AS in connection with the

Tranche 2 of the Private Placement.

Following the redelivery of shares, Datum AS' shareholding is 58,354,776 shares

and thereby crossing above the 15% threshold to 19.15% of the outstanding shares

in Techstep ASA.

In addition, the associated company Datum Vekst AS holds 1,600,000 shares in

Techstep ASA. The combined holdings of Datum AS and Datum Vekst AS corresponds

to 19.67% of the outstanding shares and votes in Techstep ASA. Datum AS and

Datum Vekst AS are indirectly controlled by deputy board member Jan Haudemann

-Andersen.
