Techstep ASA - Disclosure of shareholding

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's announcement on 1 July 2021 regarding

resolution to issue new shares (the "Consideration Shares") to the sellers of

Famoc S.A. and affiliates.

Following the issuance of the Consideration Shares, Optidev Holding AB's

ownership in Techstep will decrease to approximately 9.1 % of the of outstanding

shares and votes in Techstep. The total number of shares and votes held by

Optidev Holding AB will however remain unchanged to 19,007,433 shares and votes.

Optidev Holding AB is directly controlled by Christian Lundin and Fredrik

Logenius.
