Datum AS, a company owned 100 % by primary insider Jan Haudemann-Andersen, has

on 2 July 2021 purchased 1,018,358 shares in Techstep ASA at a price of NOK 4.50

per share. After this transaction Datum AS owns 36,615,646 shares in Techstep

ASA, increasing its shareholding from 17.0 % to 17.5 % of the total number of

outstanding shares in the Company.

Jan Haudemann-Andersen is deputy board member at Techstep ASA. After this

transaction Jan Haudemann-Andersen indirectly controls 38,215,646 shares in the

Company, representing 18.2 % of the total number of outstanding shares.
