TECHSTEP ASA - FLAGGING

Reference is made to announcement from Techstep ASA today, 21 February

2017, regarding closing of the purchase of Mytos AS. As a consequence

of the issuance of 11,666,667 consideration shares in Techstep ASA,

Zono Holding AS' ownership stake in Techstep ASA will be reduced to

49.6% of the shares and the votes. The number of shares held by Zono

Holding AS will remain the same; 62,706,996.

This notification is made with reference to Section 4-3 of the

Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
