Middelborg Invest AS has on 14 September 2016

completed the transfer of *4,508,041 shares in

Techstep ASA ("TECH") to Zono Holding AS.

Middelborg Invest AS is the majority shareholder of

Zono Holding AS.

The transfer took place by way of a contribution in

kind in exchange for shares in Zono Holding AS.

After the transaction, Middelborg Invest AS holds no

shares in TECH (but has an indirect ownership interest

through Zono Holding AS). Zono Holding AS holds

4,508,041 shares in TECH, representing 31.66 % of the

shares and the votes.

The transaction was made in connection with the

preparations for the completion of the Zono

Transaction, which is described in a stock exchange

announcements from TECH of 4 and 6 July 2016.

This notification is made with reference to Section 4-

3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
