TECHSTEP: NOTIFICATION OF OWNERSHIP IN TECHSTEP ASA

Zono Holding AS holds 62,689,859 shares in Techstep ASA

("Techstep"). Kristian G. Lundkvist, who is a member of the

board of directors of Techstep, is (indirectly) the majority

shareholder in Zono Holding AS, through the companies Middelborg

AS and Middelborg Invest AS.

On 7 November 2016, Techstep has acquired an additional 54% of

the shares in Teki Solution AS against issuance of a total of

30,053,488 consideration shares by Techstep, in connection with

completion of the "Teki Gruppen Transaction" (cf. stock exchange

announcement from Techstep).

After completion of the Teki Gruppen Transaction, the number of

shares and votes in Techstep held by Zono Holding AS remain

unchanged, but the stake of shares and votes has been reduced

from 86.56% to 61.18%.

This notification is made with reference to sections 4-2 to 4-4

of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act (Norwegian:

verdipapirhandelloven).
