Techstep ASA - Fulfilment of conditions for first two tranches of contingent consideration in Crypho transaction

Reference is made to Techstep ASA's stock exchange announcement on 1 June 2022

regarding the completion of the acquisition of Crypho AS. The conditions for the

first two tranches of the contingent consideration relating to the acquisition

have now been fulfilled. The company will accordingly initiate the process of

issuing a total of 516,462 new shares to the sellers of Crypho AS.
