Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcement dated 3

July 2017, regarding Techstep ASA's acquisition of BKE TeleCom AB.

An information memorandum regarding the transaction has been prepared

by Techstep and approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 14 August

The information memorandum is enclosed hereto and will be available

at the company's website www.techstep.no.

Techstep is publishing the information memorandum in accordance with
