with Birdstep Technology ASA's sale of all shares

in Birdstep Technology Oy to Elektrobit

Technologies Oy) is hereby released in compliance

with the requirements pursuant to section 3.4 of

the "Continuing obligations of stock exchange

listed companies"/Oslo. The Information Document is

attached to this filing.

Additional information:

Birdstep Technology ASA and Birdstep Technology AB

entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement on January

5, 2015, whereby all customer contracts and IP

rights ("IPR") vested in the Company transferred to

Birdstep Technology AB. As this

transaction has no impact on the group consolidated

financials, an Information Document is not

required,as previously announced.
