BIRDSTEP SELLS SERVICE FACTORY AB (ORBYTE) AND EQUITY STAKE IN APTILO NETWORKS AB

With reference to the notification from Birdstep

dated 4 January 2011, the company has today completed

the sale of Service Factory AB and its equity stake

in Aptilo Networks AB on the terms and condtions as

previously notified.
