Techstep ASA: Temporary injunction relating to the Oslo Kommune award

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 6 June 2023 relating to

the award of a frame agreement with the Municipality of Oslo ("Oslo Kommune")

with potential contract value of up to NOK 480 million.

Oslo Kommune has received a temporary injunction related to the award. The

signing of the contract is hence postponed until further notice. An update will

be provided as soon as the complaint is treated or new information available.
