Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest"), has pledged 4,371,619 shares in Techstep ASA

(the "Company"), corresponding to the total number of shares in the Company held

by Karbon Invest.

Karbon Invest is a close associate of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary

insider in the Company.
