Oppenheim AS has today purchased 428,500 shares in Techstep ASA at a price of

NOK 4.8003 per share. After the transaction, Oppenheim AS owns 928,500 shares in

Techstep ASA. Oppenheim AS is 100% owned by Karoline Steiro, a close associate

to Jan Haudemann-Andersen who is deputy board member of Techstep ASA.
