Techstep ASA - Notifiable trading

Palos Norge AS ("Palos") has today completed the transfer of in aggregate 7,544,444 shares (the "Shares") in Techstep ASA (the "Company") (the "Transfer"), corresponding to 5.16% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.

The Shares were transferred to Palos' shareholders, who has become direct owners of the Shares after the completion of the Transfer (and not through Palos).

As a result of the Transfer, Palos' ownership share has today fallen below 5% of the total number of issued shares in the Company, and comprises 4,122,223 shares, corresponding to 2.82% of the total number of issued shares, in the Company.
