Techstep ASA - CFO resigns

(Oslo, Norway, 29 August 2021) Techstep today announces that CFO Marius

Drefvelin has resigned and accepted a position with another company.

"During his close to five years at Techstep, Marius has overseen significant

transformation of the company, including multiple acquisitions in the Nordics

and Europe. By integrating, consolidating, and developing its services and

software, Techstep is now positioned to capture a significant market

opportunity, making work mobile at scale in an easy, secure, and sustainable

way. On behalf of the board and management, I want to thank him for his

dedication and strong contributions to Techstep" says Børge Astrup, CEO of

Techstep.

Techstep will initiate a search for a new CFO. "Our new CFO will join the team

as we continue transforming Techstep into a cloud-based software and services

company and delivering on our ambition of strong growth and geographic
