Lonnie Schilling will step down from his position as CEO of Birdstep Technology ASA

Lonnie Schilling, the CEO in Birdstep Technology ASA

(«Birdstep» or the «Company»), will step down from his position

as the Company's CEO. Mr. Schilling will continue to serve as

the Company's CEO for the notice period of six months, which

starts on April 1, 2016.

This announcement is made pursuant to Section 3.2 of Continuing

Obligations for Stock Exchange Listed Companies.
