Acting CEO appointed

Techstep ASA (the "Company") hereby announces that the termination notice period for

its Chief Executive Officer, Lonnie Schilling, has expired and, as a result, that Mr. Schilling

no longer serves as CEO of the Company. The Company wishes to express its gratitude

to Mr. Schilling for his contribution over the years.

By resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company, Fredrik Johansson, Chief

Operating Officer and acting Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the position as acting

Chief Executive Officer, pending the Board's decision on a permanent Chief Executive

Officer.

In connection with completion of the contemplated transaction with Teki Gruppen AS to

acquire an additional 53.94% of the shares in Teki Solutions, the Company will establish a

new management team to execute and further develop the new group's revised strategy

and growth ambitions.
