Kirsten English steps down from Birdstep´s Board of Directors

(Oslo October 13 2015) Birdstep Technology ASA

announced today that Kirsten English has resigned as

Non- Executive Director. Her decision is coincident

with accepting a full-time role at a company in London.

"We'd like to thank Kirsten for six years of valuable

service on Birdstep's board, particularly for her

expertise and counsel in financial and investor

relations matters. We wish her all the best in the new

job," said Tom Nyman, Birdstep´s chairman. "

The company has a shortlist of candidates to replace

English.
