Reference is made to the announcement dated 24

November 2014 regarding the notice of Extraordinary

General Meeting in Birdstep Technology ASA

(«Birdstep») on 16 December 2014.

Birdstep held its Extraordinary General Meeting

("EGM") on 16 December 2014. 44.07 percent of the

shares were represented.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the

proposals contained in the notice of the meeting.
