Minutes of Extraordinary General Meeting

(Oslo, 10 November 2010) The Extraordinary General

Meeting of Birdstep Technology ASA was held today.

All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors

were approved.

The EGM elected the following members of the Board:

Tom Nyman (Chairman), Kirsten English, Arne Aarnes

(New Member)and Anna M. Bernsten (New Member).
