Reminder - Invitation to Birdstep's EGM and Q3 presentation, including corporate & strategic outlook, on November 10th

(Oslo, November 8, 2010) Birdstep Technology ASA will

hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the

shareholders at 16:30 and present its Q3 2010 interim

results, inlcluding a corporate & strategic outlook,

at 17:30 on Wednesday, November 10th.

As part of the Q3 2010 presentation, Torbjörn

Sandberg, CEO and President, along with certain

members of his executive management team will give an

expanded presentation of Birdstep Technology and the

outlook and opportunities in the fast growing market

for Mobile Broadband.

The presentations on November 10th will take place at

Hotel Continental, Stortingsgaten 24/26, Oslo.
