On January 7, 2013, TechPrecision Corporation (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing changes to the statements of work related to certain on-going customer projects which will cause certain revenue expected to be recognized in the Company’s third fiscal quarter to be recognized in a later period. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
