On February 23, 2010, TechPrecision Corporation (the “Company”) delivered a presentation at the Piper Jaffray Fifth Annual Clean Tech Renewables Conference, held in New York, New York. A copy of the Company’s presentation at this conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
