ANNOUNCEMENT END OF STABILISING PERIOD AND LAPSE OF OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION

The stabilising period in connection with the Share Offer ended on Saturday, 19 November 2011 and no stabilising action was undertaken during the stabilising period.

The Over-allotment Option was not exercised and lapsed on Saturday, 19 November 2011.

END OF STABLISING PERIOD

The Company makes this announcement pursuant to Section 9(2) of the Securities and Futures (Price Stabilising) Rule (Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The Company announces that the stabilising period in connection with the Share Offer ended on Saturday, 19 November 2011, being the 30th day after the last day for lodging applications under the Public Offer on Thursday, 20 October 2011.

No stabilising action was undertaken during the stabilising period.

LAPSE OF OVER-ALLOTMENT OPTION

The Over-allotment Option was not exercised and lapsed on Saturday, 19 November 2011.
