Kempen Capital Management N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands gives us notice
pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on June 2, 2010 it's voting
rights in technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, fell below the threshold of
5%. At that time the proportion of voting rights amounted to 4.53%
equalling a number of 312,852 voting rights.

4.53% of the voting rights (312,852 shares) are attributed to Kempen
Capital Management N.V. (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) in accordance with
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG from Kempen European
Participations N.V..
