Lazard Freres Gestion S.A.S., Paris, France, gives us notice pursuant to
section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on September 17, 2007 the voting rights
held by Lazard Freres Gestion S.A.S. in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. At that time the proportion of
voting rights amounted to 3.07% equalling a number of 211,800 voting
rights. Thereof the proportion of voting rights amounted to 2.48% equalling
a number of 171,000 voting rights are being attributed to Lazard Freres
Gestion pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.

Lazard Freres Gestion S.A.S., Paris, France, gives us notice pursuant to
section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on May 5, 2009 the voting rights held
by Lazard Freres Gestion S.A.S. in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5%. At that time the proportion of voting rights
amounted to 5.28% equalling a number of 364,500 voting rights. Thereof the
proportion of voting rights amounted to 4.11% equalling a number of 283,800
voting rights are being attributed to Lazard Freres Gestion pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the WpHG from SICAV Objektif Small Cap
Euro.

SICAV Objectif Small Caps Euro, Paris, France, gives us notice pursuant to
section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on May 17, 2010 the voting rights held
by SICAV Objectif Small Caps Euro in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5%. At that time the proportion of voting rights
amounted to 5.28% equalling a number of 365,000 voting rights.
