name and in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA (Milan, Italy), KIM BV
(Amsterdam, Netherlands) and Kairos Fund Ltd. (George Town, Cayman Islands)
gives us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 1st
April 2008, the voting interests of KIM SpA, KIM BV, Kairos Investment
Management Ltd. and Kairos Fund Ltd. in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg,
Germany, fell each below the threshold of 5% and amounts to each 4.98%
(344,066 shares) of the voting rights on this day.

Investment Management Ltd in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6,
