Islands) gives us notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that
on 19th May 2008, the voting interests of Kairos Investment Management Ltd.
(London, United Kingdom) and Kairos Fund Ltd. (George Town, Cayman Islands)
in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, each went below the threshold of 3%
and amounts to each 2.75% (190,199 shares) of the voting rights on this
day.

2.75% (190,199 shares) of the voting rights are attributed to Kairos
Investment Management Ltd. (London, United Kingdom) in accordance with sec.
22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

Furthermore in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA (Milan, Italy) and KIM BV
(Amsterdam, Netherlands), they give notice pursuant to section 21 para. 1

BV in Technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, each went below the threshold of
3% and amounts to each 2.75% (190,199 shares) of the voting rights on this
