Publication pursuant to § 26 of the WpHG

Orange European Participations N.V., Amsterdam, the Netherlands gives us
notice pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on June 24th 2008,
it`s voting rights in technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5%.

At that time the proportion of voting rights amounted to 5.01% equalling a
number of 346,000 voting rights.

Kempen Capital Management NV, Amsterdam, The Netherlands gives us notice
pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on June 24th 2008, it`s
voting rights in technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, exceeded the
thresholds of 3% and 5%.

At that time the proportion of voting rights amounted to 5.01% equalling a
number of 346,000 voting rights. All voting rights are being attributed to
Kempen Capital Management N.V. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6
of the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 5 % each ore more in
technotrans AG are to be attributed to Kempen Capital Management N.V.:
- Orange European Participations N.V.
